I ate at the Wienerschnitzel Restaurant located at 2100 North McQueen Road in Chandler, Arizona on a Thursday, just past noon. There were a handful of customers inside, waiting on their orders to be prepared. I stepped up to the register and noticed that someone who was in the kitchen area washed her hands, then stepped forward to the register to take my order. I ordered three Chili Cheese dogs and a medium coke. The total was $13.36. I took a seat and shortly, my number was called for me to pick up my lunch. It was presented in a to-go bag and I noticed that there were no dine-in trays anywhere to be found. The Chili Cheese dogs were prepared fresh and they were delicious. I would be willing to dine here again if I’m in the area.

Had lunch here today with a few friends. I had the Chili Cheese Dog and Jalapeño Poppers. Wow!! It was so satisfying and delicious! We all loved our food!! Excellent service as well!

This location sets the gold standard for customer service. I showed up early for a scheduled pickup, and even though my order wasn't showing in their system yet, the staff (the cashier and cook) were absolutely amazing in helping me sort it out. They were so kind and helpful. The owner of the franchise actually stepped up and cooked my food himself so I could get on my way early. You just don't see this kind of personal touch anymore. Incredible team and incredible service.

I came here around 8pm and ordered a large chili cheese fry with a medium rootbeer. I was pretty thrown off AI took my order, but when I got to the window the cashier was so so sweet. They told me about the new process with the AI drivthru service, and complimented my dog. They gave her a sample of icecream and made my night. They also LOADED UPP my fries!! My cashier was Anisa, I will definitely be coming back here. :)

Took advantage of the chili dog 4 for $4 special and stopped in for the first time today. It is conveniently located, and very clean with spacious seating. The order taker was friendly and helpful and the food was great.

Their food is always fresh, even though when you order it, you're talking to a computer which I think is pretty neat, because they get your order, right

I have heard of Wienerschnitzel. However, we don’t have one in the northeast part of Nebraska. I tried the junkyard dog, the kraut dog and the chilli cheese fries. The chilli has the right about of cumin. The best thing was no ketchup. (The boys were disappointed about the ketchup lol). I will eat here again when I find another location. The music the played in the restaurant was very nice and relaxing.
